Hola!! We are a tired crew tonight!! Saw 113 patients today and mostly all after lunch!! Observations from today......so many children with parasites and skin fungal rashes, women with headaches, men with joint pains and very poor dentition!!!!! Bo even got teary eyed over a mother begging for assistance for her adorable child with a cleft palate. Of course Angie cried 13 times today. (We are now keeping a daily tally!) It is so amazing to have patients be so thankful when sometimes we only have vitamins and tylenol or motrin to give them. Tomorrow we are heading to "Mamma Carmen's" house in Guatemala City. She cares for 82 orphans in what started as a 4 bedroom house with only partial assistance from Ivan Tait's ministries--I am told we are in for an amazing day! Total lives touched so far........185! (plus 13 staff members!)
